Coveside Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking establishment: pursuant to Maine law, smoking is prohibited in all interior and exterior public spaces, including the terrace adjacent to the Main House. By policy, smoking is prohibited in guest rooms and on adjoining decks and balconies.
We welcome children over the age of 12. We can sometimes accommodate younger children. Please contact us if you would like to plan a stay with children under 12, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
We can usually accommodate quiet and well-behaved pets. Please contact us in advance to request that your pet be allowed to accompany you on your stay.
Our cancellation policy provides a return of the deposit, less a $25 per room cancellation charge, if a reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the check-in date. Deposits on reservations cancelled, for any reason, less than 14 days prior to the check-in date will be refunded only if we are able to rent the cancelled room(s) for the entire period of the reservation. Early check-outs will be charged for the full period of the reservation.
Check-in time is between 3 and 6 pm, though we can usually accommodate earlier or later check-ins with advanced notice. Check-out time is 11 am, though departing guests are welcome to make use of the public spaces of the inn after they have vacated their rooms.
