Emphasizing the freshest ingredients and local produce, breakfast is a major event at our Maine Coast bed and breakfast. Every plate is individually prepared and served, and guests are assured of receiving a different menu every morning of their stay. Fresh ingredients — meats, crab and lobster, dairy products and cheese, fruits and vegetables — are obtained from local Maine producers, most of whom are certified organic. If we have some notice, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions of our guests. Home-made cookies, coffee and tea, and complementary beer and soft drinks are available to guests throughout the day and evening.
