The wedding lunch at Coveside


The lunch consisted of chilled gazpacho, lobster salad, and a lemon wedding cake with blueberries between the layers. Carolyn was particularly proud of the cake, pictured below:

    I just read the story about Beth and Rowland. How sweet!! I wish I had a piece of that wonderful cake right now!

    Hope all is well. I’m trying to figure out when I can descend on Coveside this summer. No birthday party this year, darn it.
