The main house at our Maine coast Bed and Breakfast, has three guest rooms — two upstairs and one on the ground floor — a comfortable guest living room with fireplace, and our sunny breakfast room and open kitchen. The dining room opens onto a spacious terrace, where we serve breakfast in warm weather. The main house also includes the innkeepers’ quarters in a separate wing from guest accommodations. The original structure, a shingled fisherman’s cottage, is more than 100 years old. But it was modified and enlarged over the years, and was completely renovated for use as a B&B after we purchased the property in 1998.
