| One of our guests' favorite breakfasts is here on the menu board. We always try to use fresh, local ingredients. Our crab is picked by a Georgetown lobsterman; the potatoes (and most other vegetables in season) are from Mid-coast fruit stands and farmers' markets, the eggs are from local, free-range chickens. Our bacon comes from a smokehouse in Topsham. The maple syrup we serve is from a sugarbush near Camden. The blueberry syrup and jams are our own, along with the fresh herbs from our garden.
