Your Breakfast at Coveside Starts Here!

One of our guests' favorite breakfasts is here on the menu board. We always try to use fresh, local ingredients. Our crab is picked by a Georgetown lobsterman; the potatoes (and most other vegetables in season) are from Mid-coast fruit stands and farmers' markets, the eggs are from local, free-range chickens. Our bacon comes from a smokehouse in Topsham. The maple syrup we serve is from a sugarbush near Camden. The blueberry syrup and jams are our own, along with the fresh herbs from our garden.
