<p>A rainy spring day: time to head north to pick up our five-gallon supply of Maine maple syrup for the 2011 season.  And, along the way, to enjoy some of the fabulous fresh oysters at the <a href="http://www.damariscottarivergrill.com/">Damariscotta River Grill </a>&#8211; about 40 minutes north of Coveside.</p>
