The condominium rents for periods of at least one week. The rental week generally extends from Saturday to Saturday, though it is sometimes possible to modify beginning and/or ending days in the low season.

Special Rates for Extended Stays in the High Season!

|
There are additional discounts for longer stays: a 20% discount off these already discounted rates for rentals of three weeks or more; 10% discount off two-week rentals.

Low season (4/21/07 – 12-22/07; 4/12/08 – 12/19/08):
$650 per week (regularly $695) |

|
Mid season (12/22/07 – 2/1/08): $1000 per week (regularly $1195) |
|
|
|
High season (2/2/08 – 4/11/08):
$1550 per week (regularly $1695) |

|
Please note: In addition to the weekly rental rate, there is a $35 reservation fee, a linen charge of $44.40, including tax, and an 11% tax on the basic rate of the unit. Christmas and New Years weeks rent at mid season rates. |
