Rates & Availability

The condominium rents for periods of at least one week. The rental week generally extends from Saturday to Saturday, though it is sometimes possible to modify beginning and/or ending days in the low season. To check availablility and make online reservations, please visit this page.

Special Offer!

For January stays, the first week is $1000, second (and subsequent) weeks are $500. Flexible start and finish dates. Similar reduction for non-holiday weeks in December (at $600 for the first week, second week at $300).
Through Dec 18, 2010 - $650/week
Dec 18 through Feb 5, 2011 - $1000/week or two weeks for $1500
Feb 5 through Apr 17 - $1400/week
Apr 17 through Dec 24 - $650/week
10% discount for rentals of two weeks or more;for four-week rentals, last week is free.
Rates do not include sales tax or refundable damage deposit.
Minimum one-week rental, Saturday-Saturday except in special circumstances
