The condominium rents for periods of at least one week. The rental week generally extends from Saturday to Saturday, though it is sometimes possible to modify beginning and/or ending days in the low season.

There are additional discounts for longer stays: a 10% discount off these already discounted rates for rentals of two weeks or more; rentals of one month or more may be eligible for a larger discount ... please check with us.

Low season: $650 per week (regularly $695) |
|
|
|
Mid season: $1000 per week (regularly $1195) |
|
|
|
High season: $1550 per week (regularly $1695) |
|
|
|
Please note: In addition to the weekly rental rate, there is a $35 reservation fee, a linen charge of $44.40, including tax, and an 11% tax on the basic rate of the unit. |
