Your Home on Sanibel

We have tried to equip our condominium with everything a visiter might need in a vacation home, including high speed WiFi and a DVD player. It was completely redecorated in 2003-04, with new wall coverings, furniture and window treatments. The unit is centrally air conditioned, though it has great cross ventilation to take advantage of sea breezes. It is managed by a full-service company on Sanibel Island, so any problems or questions can be handled immediately, with a local phone call.

The Pool
The heated swimming pool is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm. The deck area is furnished with chairs, tables, and loungers.

Dining Area
The separate dining area has a nice view of the canal and golf course. Meals can also be taken on the screened porch.

Kitchen
The kitchen has all the equipment necessary for you to do as much – or as little – meal preparation as you wish. There is a full-sized electric range and refrigerator, microwave oven, new dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, even an electric juicer so you can take advantage of local Florida citrus. A laundry area is located on the first floor of the condominium complex.

Livingroom
The living room opens directly onto the screened porch. The sofa in the living room converts to a double bed, making it possible to accommodate a maximum of six people in the unit. Cable television, as well as a VCR and CD player, are located in the living room. There are telephones in the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and opens onto the screened porch, and has a cable-equipped television set.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has twin beds, its own bath, and has a cable-equipped television set.

Tennis Court
Most often you can simply walk out and play when the mood strikes you, but there is a signup sheet at courtside if you want to reserve a particular time.
