The cottage at our Maine Bed & Breakfast sits in an intimate garden courtyard, steps from the main house. Constructed entirely of pine (there is no drywall in the building), it was designed to recreate the atmosphere of summer seaside cottages in the early 1900s. The three spacious guest accommodations are bright and airy, each with a private deck overlooking the water, and a comfortable sitting area with gas fireplace. There is also a common room with period rattan furniture and a game table, and a screened porch with comfortable rockers for use of all our guests. While the accommodations in the cottage rent as separate units, the cottage is sometimes booked in its entirely by groups of family or friends.
